Refund & Cancellation Policy — PembertonScalez

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the packages and services purchased from PembertonScalez LLC ("PembertonScalez," "we," "us," or "our"). Because we provide professional, done-for-you services rather than physical goods, the following terms apply. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Our Services
Our packages are one-time service engagements (CRM build-outs, AI assistants, and automation). Once purchased, we begin allocating time, resources, and work to your project — including onboarding, audits, mapping, and build work. Refund eligibility depends on how much work has been performed, as set out below.
2. Cancellation Window (Before Work Begins)
You may request to cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided we have not yet started work on your project (for example, onboarding, gaining account access, audits, or build work). To cancel, email us at gs@pembertonscalez.com with your order details.
3. After Work Has Begun
Once work has started, your purchase is non-refundable for the portion of work already performed . If you cancel mid-engagement, we will, at our discretion and in good faith, refund any clearly unearned, unstarted portion of the package, less:
- Time and labor already spent on your project;
- Any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (eg, platform subscriptions, AI/API usage, messaging fees, software); and
- A reasonable administrative fee where applicable.
We will provide a summary of work completed when assessing any partial refund.
4. Completed Deliverables
Deliverables that have been completed, approved, or handed over (such as a built and delivered CRM workflow, deployed AI assistant, or live automation) are non-refundable , as the work has been delivered.
5. Third-Party Costs Are Non-Refundable
Amounts paid to third parties — including CRM platform subscriptions, AI/API usage, email and SMS messaging fees, software, and apps — are non-refundable through us, as they are paid out to and governed by those providers.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Refunds are not provided on the basis of business performance or results. As stated in our Terms of Service, outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results, leads, bookings, or revenue.
7. Revisions and Satisfaction
If something isn't working as scoped, contact us first. Reasonable revisions and fixes within the agreed scope are part of our process, and we will work with you in good faith to make it right before any refund question arises.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
9. How to Request a Refund
Email gs@pembertonscalez.com with your order number, the package purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
